There are a lot of software development companies around these days, and there is also a lot of software available off the shelf. Over many years in business, we have learnt that software off the shelf simply does just not do exactly what you need it to do. This is where a software development company comes in. Most software development companies these days either outsource development to other companies or countries or have access to numerous developers who each try to do a small portion of the project and they have a project manager who can hopefully piece it all together and hopefully make it work. This approach sometimes can work, and sometimes does not. We at DAE Tech take a quite different approach. We don't have masses of programmers; we are a small business. We will gather up your exact needs and produce a concise brief and costings of your requirements and then we will develop it. Your project is not outsourced, and your project is not given piecemeal to a random developer. We only take on projects that we know we can make a difference too and we know we have the timescale to complete.

Hardware Advice

Naturally, if we are designing your bespoke software, you may need some hardware to host it upon, or you will need a database back end for your data. We can advise on the requirements for your hardware to run your bespoke development upon, as well as backups for such a system and anything else that may be required. Furthermore, we can implement bespoke software onto tablets or phones and advise of the right hardware to buy, utilising either the app stores, or installing locally, or using the web for a far easier deployment onto any device. We can also advise, install and configure firewalls, routers, system wallboards, VoIP equipment and SIP phones, and we can even develop telephony or IVR systems for you if you so wish, and provide telephone numbers.
